Power Cycle Your Smart TV / Streaming Device
Unplug your TV or streaming device from the wall outlet for at least 1 full minute (not just turning off with remote). Hold the physical power button on the TV for 5 seconds to drain residual power, then plug back in.
Restart Your Home Modem and Router
Unplug your internet modem and Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds. Plug the modem back in first, wait 60 seconds until all lights turn green, then power on the router.
Change DNS Settings on Your Device to Google DNS
Go to your Smart TV / Device Network Settings > Manual DNS. Set Primary DNS to `8.8.8.8` and Secondary DNS to `8.8.4.4`.
Test Network Connection within Netflix App
On the error screen, click 'More Details' > 'Check Network'. Verify all 3 Netflix servers return green checkmarks.
Connect via Ethernet Cable Temporarily
